How to cancel your license order renewal

All orders are automatically set to auto renew. 
 
 
To cancel your renewal, first login to www.webwatcherdata.com and navigate to Subscriptions > Active Subscriptions:

 
 



In the Active Subscriptions section select "Cancel Renewal" under the actions column and click "Go":
 
 


On the next pop up message, titled "Confirm Cancel Subscription" check the box for "I would like to cancel my renewal of this license" and click the red "Confirm Cancellation" button:
