How to setup Alert Words and Alert Word Screenshots

Setting up Alert Words

1) Login to login.webwatcher.com  



2) Click on Settings > Alert Words 


3) Click on Add+ to manually add individual words to the Alert Words list. You can also click on Batch Upload Alert Words to upload your custom list. The file must be a .csv file and each words must be separated with a comma.



Alert Word Screenshots

1) Navigate to Settings > Recording & Blocking 



5) Make sure Alert Word Screenshots are ON and check the boxes if you would like to take screenshots when the alert word is only typed on the screen or only viewed in a website or both.
