If within our Refund Policy ( you will receive written confirmation of your refund within 24-72 hours via email to your WebWatcher account username.

If your request for refund falls outside our Terms & Conditions we will respond with a detailed explanation/resolution via email to your WebWatcher account username within 24-72 hours. In the event you are unsatisfied with our response, you may reply to the email to escalate your concerns to the department supervisor.

For your protection, it is advised that you do not submit a dispute/chargeback with your bank/credit card company as this will result in your account being sent to an outside Collections agency, which may have an adverse impact on your credit rating.
